Learn about healing touch, acupressure and massage techniques!  This is a really fun date night for couples, or bring a friend! 

Start with a valuable centering meditation, then learn to tune in to the healing energy in your hands.  Observe the energetic meridians and how they connect in the body.  Practice techniques to release tension in the connective tissue.

Gain hands on experience to support your loved ones with your healing touch.
