You and your body are unique. Your health care should reflect that. At Health Discovery Acupuncture, we customize each treatment with a individualized blend of acupuncture, oriental medicine, craniosacral therapy and Chinese herbal formulas to best suit your health needs.
During the initial 1 1/2 hour treatment, we spend quality time discussing your medical history, health concerns and health goals. We assess the best treatment then spend the last hour putting the plan into action.
The 1 hour follow up treatments are broken up into 3 parts. First, we check the tongue and pulse while we assess improvements and health concerns. Then we allow acupuncture to rebalance the qi. For the last 15-20 minutes, you receive hands on work. The hands on work can be any blend of craniosacral therapy, cupping, moxabustion, tuina, and massage depending on what your body needs that day. Finally, when necessary, we create a Chinese herbal formula to strengthen your health.
